We produce furniture trimmings according to customer requirements, in various dimensions of beech and oak trees, both dried, planned, and non-planned, precisely shortened. We can drill holes in the chiles and surfaces or work longitudinal and transverse edges.
We produce fresh lumber, where we adapt to customer demand due to the different quality, type and dimensions of lumber. We mainly process deciduous logs of exclusively Slovak origin.
We offer the sale of dried lumber in various dimensions according to customer requirements, both in class A quality, as well as class I and 2. We dry the lumber in high-quality dryers, which are equipped with the same quality software, thanks to which we achieve their drying to 8 ±2% humidity.
Based on the order, we adapt to our customers and try to meet them as much as possible. Fries and trimmings we make prisms from beech and oak lumber Humidity: air dry (20-25%) or dry (8%) Non-planned / pre-scheduled / scheduled.
Maximum dimensions: thickness up to 60 mm, width up to 110 mm, length up to 3 m
Standard deviation up to 2 mm per meter of length, or according to customer specification Special planning: radius (edge precipitation), maximum R8.
We can also bend on a high frequency press according to customer requirements.
